Physical products (CDs, Official Merchandise, etc.) We accept returns and exchanges of physical products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of shipping. If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund.
Digital downloads We do not accept returns or refunds for digital downloads, including music tracks, videos, and other digital content.
